Health Net CommunityCare HMO makes getting health care easy. You have one main doctor called a primary care physician. You can choose any doctor from our CommunityCare network as your primary care physician.

Your doctor helps you stay healthy, and takes care of you when you are sick. You always call or see your doctor first.

If you need other services, your doctor will help you get them. For example, if you need to see a specialist, your doctor will refer you to one. If you need to go to the hospital, your doctor will arrange it for you.
